This last month they only sent 15k-cups but charged me for 30 k-cups. I emailed several times because they don’t have a number to call asking to send me the other 15 k-cups but have gotten no response. I wouldn’t use them because of their lack of customer service

Shipment Shorted
I have had a Neuro coffee subscription for years and will miss the coffee. In my last shipment, I was shorted one bag and numerous attempts to email in addition to stating the reason why cancelling three subscriptions went unanswered. I still have paid for a full shipment, but only received half. I will miss the coffee.

Good coffee. Questionable customer service
First and foremost, I love the product. I have really noticed a difference over the last two years. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple issues with my shipment and the customer service seems to be poor. The phone number does not connect to a person and I rarely get responses from my emails. It would be great to see this company get better in this field since they have such a great product.
